Teriyaki Chicken Pasta Salad

Makes:

Ingredients:
1/2 pound Bowtie pasta, cooked and drained
4 cups Spinach leaves, washed and chopped
1/2 cup Craisins
1/3 cup Pine nuts
1 - 4 ounce can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 Large breast Chicken OR rotisserie chicken
1 Red bell pepper, chopped
1 Yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 cup Snow peas
1 cup Chopped broccoli

Dressing:
1/3 cup Teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup Rice vinegar
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Ground ginger
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1/2 cup Vegetable oil

 

Preparation:
Combine all dressing ingredients.

Chop the chicken and all veggies and toss with the pasta and dressing.

Serve immediately.

Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge.
