Ingredients:
20 ounce Package refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 1/2 cups Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large Cucumber, sliced and halved
1 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
1/2 cup Red onion, chopped
3/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing:
1/4 cup Olive oil
3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Dried oregano
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Cook tortellini per package directions.
In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
In a large bowl put cooled tortellini, tomatoes, cucumber, olives and Feta cheese and mix well.
Pour dressing over salad to coat.
Can be served at room temperature or chilled.
