Ingredients:
1 pound Italian bulk sausage
4 cups Chicken broth
28 oz. can Diced tomatoes
2 cans Campbell's Tomato soup
2 - 8oz. Containers softened, chive and cream cheese spread
18-20 oz. package Refrigerated cheese tortellini

Preparation:
Brown sausage in a large skillet.
Remove and transfer to slow cooker.
Pour in chicken broth, tomatoes and tomato soup. Stir well. Put on lid. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
Stir in cream cheese and uncooked tortellini. Put on lid and cook on HIGH for an additional 30 minutes until tortellini is tender.
Stir well and serve.
