Ingredients:
1 Jar Roasted Red peppers (about 3/4 cup total)
1-15oz. can Chickpeas or garbanzo beans
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/4 cup Tahini
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Cumin
Salt to taste

Preparation:
Chop red pepper into pieces.
Drain garbanzo beans and add all ingredients into food processor until smooth.
Chill 4 or more hours before serving.
Serve with pita chips, crackers, carrots, pea pods, radishes
