Ingredients:
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast per person
1 - 15 oz. can Corn, drained
1 - 16 oz. can Black beans, drained and rinsed
1 - 16.oz. jar Mild salsa
Flour or wheat tortillas
Sour cream, shredded cheese and guacamole for serving

Preparation:
Place chicken in slow cooker; top with corn, beans and salsa.
Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours or HIGH setting for 4 to 6 hours.
Shred chicken; stir in slow cooker.
Serve in tortillas with toppings.
