Basic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Makes:

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Diced shallot
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Rice vinegar
1/4 cup Olive oil

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Pour vinaigrette over green salad and toss to coat.
