Ingredients:
4 slices Bacon, cooked until crisp
1 Red onion
14 ounce Coleslaw mix
3/4 cup Sliced radishes
halved Cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup Chopped cucumber

Dressing:
3/4 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp Chopped chives
1 Avocado
Juice from 1/2 of a lemon
Kosher salt and pepper

Preparation:
In a bowl, add onion, coleslaw mix, radishes, tomatoes and cucumber. Mix to combine.
To make dressing: Puree avocado, buttermilk, parsley, chives and lemon juice, and salt ad pepper in food processor.Pour dressing over salad and toss. Add the bacon.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.
