Warm Feta Dip

Makes: 8

Ingredients:
8 ounce Feta cheese
1/4 cup Milk
1 pkg (12 oz) Whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup Minced chives
1/4 cup Chopped, flat leaf parsley
1/4 cup Finely chopped roasted red pepper (from a jar)
1 tsp Thyme
Zest of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp Salt
Black pepper
Crackers for serving

 

Preparation:
Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Add Feta cheese to a large bowl and add milk. Beat with a hand mixer until relatively smooth. Add cream cheese and beat until combined. Fold in next 7 ingredients.

Transfer to a 9-inch oven-safe dish and sprinkle with pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.

Serve warm with crackers or pita chips.
